There's something to be said for slaving in a hot kitchen all day to prepare a feast for sixteen, then sitting around eating, drinking and being merry until it's time to clean up.
Then there's the other option - go to Club Med and let someone else do all the slaving and cleaning up. Thank you!

After the gifts were opened we got treated to an impromptu talent show.

It was a great weekend, despite the moments where Grandma Sandi's presence was missed. She would have so enjoyed it.
So, as this Thanksgiving passes, I am so very thankful for my family - those who could be with us and those who couldn't. And a special thanks to my husband's wonderful family, who always make it so easy for us to be where we're needed.

Looks like a fabulous time was had by all, and thanksgiving isn't about who cooks the food, but who you spend it with that matters the most!

Only 200 pictures from the weekend? I am ashamed of you. ;) Ok ok not so much, because even with graduation this weekend I didn't take nearly that many. It looks and sounds like it was a good time. Hugs for the moments of missing Grandma Sandi, I am sure she would have loved it.
