There was lots of St. Patty's day fun in Daniel's class, thanks to Lucky the Leprechaun.
The kid started off the day with a St. Patrick's Day story...
And a math lesson using Lucky Charms cereal...
But while the kids were at P.E. Lucky the Leprechaun did some mischief in the classroom. He put chairs on top of tables...
He made a mess in the book nook...
He put something green in the toilet...
He threw things all over the floor, and there was green paper and shamrock confetti everywhere! What a mess!
He left a note for the kids on the door, and told them he left them each a treat.
Dan couldn't wait to see if he'd caught the leprechaun in the trap he'd made...
The kids ran into the room and surveyed the silly leprechaun's mischief...
And each kid simply HAD to investigate the green stuff in the toilet...
Daniel checked to see if his trap had worked, but he didn't catch Lucky...
Though Lucky did leave him a note on a shamrock that said, "Ha Ha! You didn't catch me! Good trap!" Dan, Luc and Owen read the note...
Dan wasn't sad at all. After all, Lucky left him a pot of gold (candy), and Mason brought in cookies. It's all good.
