Every time we go to my inlaws house Daniel asks to see Poppy's boat. They live on a canal and my father-in-law's boat is docked out back. Often we'll walk him out to see it, and occasionally my mother-in-law will take him onto the boat to look around.
Today was Daniel's (and my) first time out on the boat. It was a gloriously beautiful day here. A cloudless sky and a temperature inthe 60's made it much more bearable than the 90's of summer.
Dan was in heaven.
Me? I could think of worse ways to spend a Saturday afternoon...
