This actually happened a few months ago but I kept forgetting to post it...
Dan: Mom, am I all done with school now?
Me: No, you have school tomorrow.
Dan (upset): But we learned the letter "Z" today!
Sorry, Dan. School does not stop when you get to the end of the alphabet, little man. There's so much more to learn.
I really hope I remember to print this and bring it to his high school/college/grad school graduation. Then I can say, "NOW you're done."
Then again, maybe not. There's college, and grad school if he wants...
