Our best friends live on a nice piece of land we call the Ponderosa, with a beautiful home boasting critters including a cat, two dogs and three horses. It had been a long time since we'd been out there, so we headed out there for a Labor Day barbecue.
Dan was treated to some time with the horses. Cisco is just his size, so Dan got to have some fun with him...
Except I don't think Cisco was having as much fun as Dan...
Though they did make up later when Dan gave him a cookie...
Dan enjoyed the other horses, too...
Dan also enjoyed pointing out to Carol Lee that he is almost as tall as her...
It was a great day with great friends, and some really cute critters.
