A lazy summer day...

My in-laws are out of town, so yesterday Daniel and I went over there to spend the day with Pete's grandmother. Tricia, Don and Evan came along, too.

After a whole lot of swimming we barbecued my special recipe burgers. Then, Don ran his radio controlled boat in the canal, much to the chagrin of the dogs across the way - and the amusement of the rest of us.

We ended the day shortly after devouring the scrumptious ice cream cake (made with ice cream sandwiches, Oreos, chocolate pudding and whipped cream)Tricia made.

Oh. My. G-d.

Dan even licked his plate.

I didn't. But I would have if there hadn't been three other adults around... :)
