I had a conference today with Daniel's teacher. She had evaluated him back in November, but conferences were delayed due to illnesses and the holidays.
For part of the evaluation the teacher asked Dan to give personal information about himself. Here are the questions and the answers he gave:

Yes.

Sister.
What's her name?
Cindy. (We think he meant Sydni, his cousin.)
When's your birthday?
Monday.
What's your address?
In Thomas Island.
