Methinks The Tooth Fairy is a mom, too...

The night after Daniel lost his first tooth was spent in my bed, while we both fought the sickies and attempted to keep Pete from our icky germs. The Tooth Fairy took Daniel's tooth and left him a golden coin, but we didn't find a note. I'm not sure if the Tooth Fairy forgot to leave one, or if it has fallen under the bed and just not been found yet. I'll look. Soon.

Dan first stored his tooth in the adorable little tooth holder Aunt Ami sent, and then we moved it to the little satin tooth pillow and placed it under his pillow for the tooth fairy to find.

Next morning Daniel was excited to discover that the Tooth Fairy had indeed visited.

He first found a note, which was quickly thrown aside...

He looked into the tooth pillow and his tooth was gone,

And she'd left him TWO golden coins!

It seems the Tooth Fairy was caught unawares when Daniel lost a tooth after the Fairy Bank closed, but Daniel didn't seem to notice that one was a Chuck E Cheese token. Not that he would have cared, anyway. But that would mean the Tooth Fairy would get to take Dan to Chuck E Cheese. Uh huh. Dodged one there...

And this time the Tooth Fairy did leave a note...

Dear Daniel,

Two teeth lost,
Now you're a pro!
See you for tooth three,
But please take it slow!

The Tooth Fairy

Yup. Methinks the Tooth Fairy is most definitely a mom...
