Last Sunday was Daniel's first soccer game. He looked adorable, didn't he?
On the field things didn't go so well. Can you tell what's wrong in this photo?
Dan definitely showed improvement this week. He looked the part...
And enjoyed running with the other boys...
He actually was in the swarm around the ball quite a bit...
He even took one for the team...
But when he was done, he was done.
He was happy to sit on the bench for awhile...
Um, it's a good thing they aren't keeping score. We were outscored by about 10 to 1. And when the game was over they cheered for each other...
And the snack they were about to get. Which was Daniel's favorite part of the game.
Well, it's a start. Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, CHAMPS!

Cute! Looks like Dan plays soccer like Emma- run, for a bit, get distracted, run some more, maybe touch the ball with her foot. :) Funt o watch all the same!!
