Santa pops in...

Every year my in-laws throw a fantastic Christmas party. Surprisingly, Santa is able to get away from his Christmas Eve preparations to pop in for a visit.

The kids always manage to spot Santa's sleigh in the sky just before he arrives...

 

Dan wants to make sure I see that Santa has arrived...

 

There's nowhere on earth Dan would rather be. Santa, on the other hand, was sweating buckets in that heavy suit on a balmy South Florida Christmas Eve eve...

 

Santa, of course, brings a copy of his naughty and nice list. His helper reads off a few of the nice and naughty things listed for each child. Watch as Daniel feels the need to explain each of the naughty things to Santa...



After each child (and a few of the adults) got a turn on Santa's knee, he had to leave to continue getting ready for the Big Night. As Santa rose from his chair Daniel ran inside and came back with a tray of cookies, offering them to Santa...

 

Daniel simply thought Santa would want a cookie for the road. Isn't that sweet???!!!

What? You think that Daniel is just sucking up to Santa?

Well,perhaps he is hoping that a cookie will help Santa forget about that naughty list.
